Quality Assurance

• Quality is tested and certified before dispatch as per export standards.
• Any quality-related dispute must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, along with supporting evidence.

Limitation of Liability

Hamraaz Ventures is not responsible for: Losses incurred due to improper storage or handling after delivery Buyer’s failure to comply with import regulations Damages arising from circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Our responsibility is limited to the value of the rice supplied under the specific contract.
